You asked for “Consistent winning and a commitment to the future”
I received hundreds of responses to my recent question:
“What would it take to get you to attend more Marlins games?”
Yesterday, I broke down the answer I heard more than any other. For various reasons that were addressed in the piece, you told me you don’t like the location of the ballpark.
GULP.
There’s nothing Bruce Sherman or Kim Ng or whoever else is making decisions for the Marlins can do about that one.
But they do have the ability, and I might suggest the responsibility, to listen to what many of you told me about wanting to see a team on the field that is worthy of your support and ensuring that fans can feel confident their favorite players won’t come and go like a late-afternoon South Florida summer thunderstorm.
