Last Friday marked the 10-year anniversary of Jose Fernandez’s major league debut.

A decade later, I maintain he’ll go down as arguably the greatest “what if” in Baseball history, based on what he achieved—and the manner in which he achieved it—all prior to his 25th birthday in a life and career that ended far too soon.
